Whats the SCARIEST thing you have ever done (or had happened to you) around halloween??? You can also list things that were funny too or memorial.

- I was being bullied a lot in school so I decided to be "Carrie White" for Halloween one year when I was 16 :-) Complete with fake blood lol Wow, I pretty much LOOKED EXCATLY like Sissy Speack (Carrie in movie).

Honestly.... the way I looked at people... NO ONE dared to bully me... they stood back, staring, whispering...... wondering whats gonna fly at them lol

I did win the best costume that year in school LOL There was a box where you could vote best costume and stuff like that..... I was voted for best costume and best "real like" character lol
Although I had people REALLY questioning when I said "How do you know there aren't people like Carrie White?? The gift of Telekensis is real, sometimes only started by anger" hehe
Pretty much why no one dared to bully me that day.

The only bad thing was, the fake blood was HARD to get out of blond hair LOL oh no.... I had "red/pink" hair for days afterwards. So listen up people.. DO NOT dump fake blood on your hair if its light!!!!!!!!!!

But the good thing is... not many people bullied me anymore :-)
I confess tho... when it comes to Halloween, I get really weird, scary and horrorish!!! *gasp* At least Im still smart about what I do hehe

What if you like red/pink hair?

I've never had any horrible Halloweens. It's always been one of my favorite holidays. I like making goodie bags for the kids and friends. I use to decorate a lot but not so much anymore. When we first moved to where we live now we had an all rock lawn that we were getting rid of so I made piles to look like graves and we had a cemetary in our front yard.

My husband use to dress up with a friend of his and they'd sit really still on a bench in our front yard. They would wait till the kids got to the door to get their candy then sneak up on them when they were leaving. Some of the reactions were priceless, especially when you scared the parents and not the kid.

Red/Pink hair is fine but cause of whats used in fake blood, it doesn't leave your hair soft, it felt weird and sticky.... didn't look natural lol

Now, if it had made my hair look natural, I wouldn't have cared :-)

one year for halloween in college I dyed my hair/beard blue and put on a polyester shirt, dress shoes, my favourite pair of jeans, and that was my costume.

Like most theatre folks I love Halloween. Any excuse to break out the costumes and makeup. lol

Most unique Halloween was about 7 years ago while living in Germany. Went to the haunted house/festival held at Frankenstein Castle near Darmstadt. Awesome. You have to walk up a small road into a very dark forest to get to the castle. Very creepy. There were tons of actors in elaborate costumes milling about adding to the environment. In addition to the haunted house portion, there was a stage with scheduled performances. Germans push the sexual envelope a little more at things like this than folks would in the states. One of the shows was the story of Frankenstein. There was a little French maid who was cleaning the lab and accidentally turned on the electricity which aroused the monster, so she climbed on and went for a ride. Fun stuff. lol And then of course, since it was a festival in Germany, there was a fabulous beer tent.

Everyone in my group was dressed up. I was dressed as Brunhilde, from Wagners Ring Cycle. I was still blonde then, with very long hair in braids. Full on armor and viking helmet. Sigh. Loved that costume.

OOoo, I wanna see pics of Misty in Viking armor!

We usually go riding around town a lot during the Halloween season while I'm wearing one of the werewolf masks we have. I have this huge fake bone and a rubber bloody leg piece, too. It's gotten more than a few stares, a few screams and a lot of curses *LOL*. It even almost caused a car wreck once when a lady kept staring and ran a red light.

Love Halloween and the chance to act like a kid. :tong:
