ED Treatment Options

This topic may not interest many, so apologies if it isn't.

I have had ED for some time, and pills like Sildenfil and Tadalafil worked well until recently.
Since they don't work anymore, I consulted a leading urologist in Dallas, who put me on a 10 cc of TRIMIX, which didn't do much, This top urologist I met on two occasions spent less than 2 minutes with me each time be seemed more interested in more expensive options like a "Penile Implant"..

So anyways here are my questions:

1. Has anyone tried Bimix/Trimix/Quadmix and what is the strongest combination you have used?
2. What's your opinion of Acoustic Shockwave Therapy? This is a costly option compared to Trimix, and hence the question.
3. We now have shockwave machines for home use - has anyone used it?

I do not want to go for a penile implant, unless it is absolutely necessary.
