You’ll get tons of answers but what I’ve found is that it all depends on how comfortable you are.. I’ve worn mine for 8 hours before, I bring an bottle of lube along to make sure it stays moist and a small baggy in case I want to take it out. The lube is important too. Water based lubes don't last as long and need to be reapplied more often. Also make sure you’ve got a plug that is comfortable while sitting and walking I’ve thrown a few away because the base isn’t comfortable to me for long time wearing.. good luck bud

The most I can do is 4 hours. Some plugs are so uncomfortable, it makes you wonder if they ever tested them out!
