If you click the small triangle above the right edge of the orange "Reply to Thread" box, the triangle link is to report a post in the thread. If you report the post and point out it is an advertisement, Administration will look at it and if they feel it is spam it can be removed. If you see spam report it quickly, if it does not last long spammers may decide it is not worth the effort of creating a profile and post.
