I'm sorry Bill. I know where your at. I've lost 2 aunts, 4 close buddys and my Mom to the demon cancer. Had my own battle 10 years ago with stage 4 and survived barely. Take care of yourself and be strong for her.

I totally understand your frustration, mr bill, and have the deepest sympathy for you. I've been married for 48 years, and would have very similar feelings, I'm sure. Love your wife while you can, grieve when you have to, but love yourself, as well. Don't wish away the rest of your life.

That you're so committed to her tells me that you're a good man. Be good to yourself, too. Life goes on. You will laugh and smile again, but you have to want it.

found out only a few weeks left. i know i have to keep on.
i have never been on my own. married just out of high school. so i guess i need to grow up now, at 61........

Bill I'm sorry to hear what you are going thru i lost my mom tp cancer i was a baby i never got to know her :( so i feel your pain man keep God on your side

I'm sorry to hear that Mr. Bill. I hope that your passing is easy. If you are not getting hospice care to control the pain, then please consider it. We are all going to go away someday, probably sooner than any of us wants, but we all hope that it is peaceful as possible. Good Luck!
