For you guys who take anal....does anyone have any issues with their prostate numbers going up? I have been playing with toys in my ass and enjoy it very much. However, curious if anyone has issues after playing around or getting anal for the prostate to have issues with high numbers from their bloodwork. I have an MRI in 2days

Numbers … I guess you are talking about PSA? Prostate Specific Antigen. It is an enzyme, a normal component of semen - it assists in sperm motility. As men age, their prostates enlarge, and their PSA goes up. Elevated PSA is often a marker for enlarged prostate, it is not a lone indicator for prostate cancer.
They say bottoms have higher numbers than non-bottoms. I have never read that bottoms have more cancer. I suspect that bottoming causes more semen production and more PSA. It might also expose the bottom to more viruses, like HPV - which can promote reproductive cancers.
Hope your MRI goes well.

You said "It might also expose the bottom to more viruses, like HPV - which can promote reproductive cancers".
What are the chances of someone getting HPV when playing 100 % safe (Condoms, always, never bareback)?

I have suffered through 2 bouts with Squamous Cell Carcinoma due to exposure to HVP at some point in my life and I had never bottomed before. Condoms should work well to protect you but keep in mind that the vast majority of the population have been exposed to HPV at some point and never even knew it because their immune system beat it. Also there are hundreds of subtypes of the virus but only a few cause head and neck cancers in men or cervical cancers in women. The virus can be found in the genitals of men and women or in the mouth and throat.

PSA levels are no longer considered as a good indicator of prostate cancers. As men age we will all have an elevated PSA eventually and far too many doctors were using this as sole indicators of prostate cancer and putting men needlessly through prostatectomies.

Never been tested here, that starts at 50 but prostate wise, I feel/act like a teenager :) I only started to use toys a few years back now so that may or may not have had any impact in any upcoming results. I thought prostate massaging was supposed to be beneficial for one's prostate health, what does it matter if it's a finger, toy or cock?

Thank you! I couldn’t think of PSA at the time I wrote this. I never really put the items together as I’ve only been self-proclaimed “Bi” for approximately 11 yrs. My how time flies!! I’m newly married to my best friend and the most gracious woman I have ever met. I just don’t want to pass on. I know death is a part of life. And it’s not my choice. But I do believe GOD has a great plan for my wife and I.

I agree. Just thought I would pose the question if there was any impact on the high numbers. NO pun intended! Lol
