This weekend a friend and I were asked to staff a booth for binetusa at a conference for Gay and Lesbian journalists.
We couldn't help but notice the NY Times had a booth set up, and we both were reminded of their biphobic article Gay, Straight, or Lying. We decided to not stop by and say "Hi".
Towards the end of the day a rep from their booth came by to give us a couple free keychains that they didnt want to bring back on the plane with them. So we brought up the article. He said that he had advised them to change the title but was ignored.
For the rest of the day, anytime he walked by our booth we would teasingly boo and hiss at him.
That alone was worth the trip.
