I was just wondering when in a relationship is there always on partner more dominate than the other? I like dominace but I also like dominating. Is there a happy medium or just one takes control. Every relationship is different, we are not into BDSM but at times one of us will take the lead and the other just goes for the ride. I guess for some it depends on what a person needs at the moment.

hey princess; hows it going? about your question, yes their is a medium. it is true that every relaitionship is diferent, in mine my wife is the dom. and im sub. to put it lightly. but in a relationship were you have 2 people that like to be both dominated and to dominate . its called switching. :bigrin: it just depends on the people involved. for instance i know of a guy just a freind but he is the dominating type but he also likes the woman to dominate him. that is what he tells me anyway. he he he by the way we know the same person dont be mad. i know him for over 10 years. he is my best freind. it is a small world. :bigrin: if you want to talk about him send me a message on my boytoy site. dont worry its all good.

For me it's best that both parties involved have the power of veto. In other words 1 says stop or don't you stop or don't. But also there must be the freedom to pull out slowly, otherwise ouch!
