High Water Toilets and big Hangers

Don't know where else to post this problem. Has anyone else gone to a restroom and found toilets with high water levels? Some of them are so high that my balls touch the water. Yuck! Not all toilets are like that, but some of the ones in public places are. I have noticed that as I get older and my balls are bigger and hang lower that the problem has become more common. Is it big lower hanging balls, bad toilet design, or both?

I too have experienced this issue from time to time, however, being a little kinky i seem to like to cool water bathing my balls. In fact my balls, especially at night hang so that as I lie on my bed with my legs spread out my balls touch my anus, Ahhh what a nice feeling.

Yea. I have that problem also. Big and hang low. Usually hold them up out of the water at public toilets.
