Ive been told there is one here in Northern California. The Yuba Sutter Recreational something or other. They call it "Camp Humbug". I have met a lot of people who belong to this group, and the 40 acre camp site close to where I live supposedly, but I can't get anyone to take me to go see it and just check it out. I have a general idea of where it's at, but I don't want to get lost up here in the hills. LOL ;) Maybe someday I'll make it there.

Friends of mine have went and enjoyed it.
Be warned I hear they can be a hotbed for STDs.

A friend of mine just returned from the GNI 10 day event in PA. He had an absolute blast and wants a bunch of us to go with him next year.

However...

Diamond Dog is right. Acoording to my friend, you really do have to be someone that is in control of yourself. There's ALLOT of free booze available, allot of good looking guys who are horny, and in some secluded parts of the place, there is an "anything goes" attitude, so yeah, there is some unsafe sex taking place.

I've heard the same about numerous other male only or GLBT campgrounds from the people who were actually there.

There is a concerted effort to keep the regular nudism and the sexual stuff seperated, but the sexual stuff is still there. :(

If you're the type that drinks too easily and loses your natural safety features (inhibitions) you might want to reconsider- else you return home with an unwanted souvenier (STD). Or, go with a friend you can really trust :)

I have never been to a gay nudist resort, but over the years I have been to a number of non-gay nudist resorts--at those--they are almost invariably very family oriented and as such---any overt sexual behavior is verboten.

Many such resorts don't allow single, unescorted males to even visit their sites or at least do so on a "probationary status". I have been to several of those and they allowed me in--must have figured I was OK, but I could tell they watched me closely. I must have passed muster--for I always was invited to return.

I have heard that many of the gay sites tend to have an abundance of sexual activity taking place--as was noted before-I would be a bit leery of catching STD's---irrespective of AIDS/HIV--there are lots of other nasty beasies out there that can make life less than pleasurable--so if you go to one of the gay places--you would be well advised to try to keep your libido in check...

Hell---sex is obviously fun--but I like to go to naturist resorts simply for the enjoyment of being able to do things like swim, hike or sunbathe sans clothing---and I don't want to be banned from one of the str8 sites because I could not control my impulses--LOL

Hi, yes I have been to the Saw Mill and to Camp David. I can say the I enjoyed Camp David a little more than the Saw mill. People seemed to be more friendly at Camp David. However I did not spend the night at either one. We do frequent Paradise Lakes and Caliente . I would certainly enjoy meeting and going to either gay camp ground or one of the other clothing optional resorts with a friend.

I have never been to any campgrounds that are nudist, but If I did I would enjoy the freedom to swim and walk about in the nude with like minded people. I am highly sexed by nature, so I think the safest way to indulge in safe adult fun would be plenty of hand jobs - giving and receiving. Its not worth messing about and catching an STD. Play safe folks.

In the central Georgia area, there is Oz Campground. I've checked its website. It is a bi/gay/nudist campground which has a central clubhouse/bar/swimming pool/hot tub area. There are cabins and campsites for overnight stays. I believe there are also hiking trails and fishing ponds as well. I am curious and contemplating visiting on a day pass to check it out in a couple or 3 months when the weather is warm. I have heard that it is a very good hookup spot and I'm hoping it's true. The idea of naked fun with one of more men in an outdoor setting sounds HOT to me ! Has anyone else ever gone solo to such a place and had luck hooking up?
