Why do I think I'm horny all the time. My brain is telling me "You are horny" even when I have a hard time getting it up but its still says "You are horny". Why am I not always hard if I'm so horny?

Maybe you're a sex addict like myself. I'm almost 60 and I've been always horny from a very early age. I've always played with my little dick and I often cum without getting hard. Horniness, for me, is a state of mind. I am always looking forward to my next partner/lover and I having sex. It's never off my mind for very long.
