Chat Rooms

Can someone explain to me, why it is, when I enter a chat room, everyone leaves.
Very frustrating!!!! Any idea how a young guy like me can get involved.

I wouldn't take it personally. The chat function on this site has been very erratic for quite some time. It's supposedly working again, but who knows if it's actually functioning properly? I can think of no reason that anyone would exit simply because you entered the room.

You might consider joining some other sites where chat is known to be reliable. I'm sure that there are plenty who would be interested in chatting with you.
