This morning I received a private message from another my friend so i think that it should be share by all of you, he suggest me that before flying I use a condom or rubber band on the inner sleeve to provide a snugger fit. That sounds useful so I'll give it a try. I'm speculating that he prefers to remain anonymous so I won't divulge who.
