I was reading an article about discrimination issues still in force in parts of the US. This includes workplace firings and living space.

I believe in all of Britain there are laws against such discrimination. Canada also has laws against discrimination against same sex couples including overt firings based on sexual orientation in the workplace and rent for sure. Same sex marriage is legal by the law and constitutions.

The article speaks about certain states in the US finding ways around anti discrimination laws.

What is it like where you live?

Peeps will try and find ways round any law ya care 2 put in place.. and ne article in ne constitution... so they can effect their worst prejudices, tenni... and will often succeed... but we r getting there and they will find it increasingly more difficult with time, and humanity's worst bigotry will wither on the vine and disappear up its own arse.. even in the land of the free...:) Sadly however, how long is a piece of string? Don't despair tho, luffly peeps... just keep snipping away at that bit of string as we have over the last century and we will b ok tyvm...:impleased
