I am having problem keeping up a good stiffy any more. If I do get firm, it goes down fast and spern load just barely oozes out and not squirt any more. I was wondering if any one found a good natural vitimin or herb that does work. Seen so many advertised on TV but 99% are just a money scam and don't work. Forget any that advertised on the internet, so many those are just a big joke and dangerous.
Viagra and Cialis are so expensive and are just for the moment of sex.

I took Zinc tablets for a while to improve spunk load (demanding buds). That seemed to work. Not a lot, but noticeable.
They made me even hornier too, but that was prob just a placebo effect and nothing to do with the chemicals.

The only supplement I ever found that really worked is Vigrx Plus with bioperine. I used to be able to find them strongly discounted on the internet, but it looks like the company that makes them has closed down those outlets. The "legit" version is very expensive.

I am on blood pressure meds and thinners and can rarely self-stimulate myself to a nice stiffie, but it's OK because I can cum even with a soft dick. I don't need to or want to jerk off very often anyways. The old cliche about saving oneself for the 'real thing' definitely applies to me. With a female or male partner stimulating me I can easily get 3/4ths hard, sometimes harder which is plenty good for penetrating women or oral sex with women or men. Again,no problems cumming. I too have tried several of the homeopathic herbal supplements/remedies to improve my hardness and they didn't do anything for me. I am lucky my health insurance (BCBS) began covering Viagra and other ED drugs. I can get 4 each 100 mg tablets for a $20 co-pay. 5 bucks a pill is not bad LOL. It only takes 25 mgs to get me rock hard, so I quarter each pill with a pill cutter and I get 16 pills, so it works out to $1.25 per dose. I save them for "the moment" LOL. I've found that a 50 mg dose does not help me recover and quickly get hard again any better than 25mg dose, but paradoxically I can pop another quarter pill and get it back up in 15 minutes if my female or male partner and I want another go around.

I guess what I'm saying is don't eliminate the viability of prescription ED drugs until you check out the cost and ask your physician. Recheck your health insurance for changes in what drugs it covers and don't be afraid to ask your family doc or cardiologist if it's right for you. I have some heart problems which are managed well by medications, but my cardiologist had absolutely no hesitation prescribing it for me at my request and even said a normal sex life is good for my heart :)

I don't know about imrpoving the volume or force of ejaculation. I have heard that an amino acid called L-Arginine can help with blood flow. Might be worth looking it up online.

I was taking the daily dose Cialis which worked good but was pretty expensive...$160/month....for me at least. My doctor told that Sildanifil (viagra) is now generic..I get 40 20mg tablets for about $30 and it works just as well as the brand name Viagra.

I like Cialis better than Viagra. Less affect on my vision, runny nose, facial blushing, and side-effects. Seems like I get a better rod with Cialis too I think.

BiFi - is that a home made concoction or a premade protein drink?
