I want to be able to where something that marks me coming out. Something small that I could wear. Something suttle but clear to those in the circle. am not going to scream out to the roof tops but this will do for now.

You might try one of those gel bracelets, you know the ones that everyone has but they all say/mean something different? I've got a rainbow one that says "pride" but they make rainbow ones with no words if you want even subtler... more subtle... not sure if subtler is a word lol... or even subtler, just get a piece of jewelery that has the right colors even if it's not explicitly "pride" jewelery.

Depending how big a circle you have in mind ... maybe something from the Bi Pride Store (http://bipridestore.com/)? The bi colors aren't as widely recognized as pride jewelry, but they are specifically bi.
Our local GLBT bookstore even carries bi pride merchandise, so you might be able to support a local business if you check in. I will warn you, though - ask if there's any special significance to a piece of jewelry, if you don't already know! I once asked someone about a leather-pride pin they were wearing and found out they'd bought it because it looked neat.

I made myself a simple necklace out of white cord and beads (the kind that are about 1/2 centimeter in diameter). It's subtle but you wouldn't really have to look hard to notice it on me. Pretty self-explanitory, but if need be, I can try to take a picture with my crappy webcam.
If you're even the slightest bit craft-y, I'd suggest making your own. There's probably a store near you where you could get materials for cheap. It's also way easier to customize if you want to add some personal touches to it (like a spiritual pendant or something in the middle of the purple beads). I didn't do this, but I'm thinking about it.
I've also knit a matching ring and bracelet (because I knit when I'm bored, which just makes me more bored... lol) and made a little keychain out of those star-ish type beads. It's going on my shoulderbag next to my rainbow ribbon. Necklaces and keychains are a good way to go, I think.

I've seen people wearing jewlery with the bi flag/GBLT colours on them.
Are you into BDSM at all? I know some of the "markings" used for that.
