For the ladies here do you ever cross dress like dress up like a man, put a fake dildo in your pants or something to make a bulge, or go in public dressed as a man?

I don't myself, but I find a woman dressed as a well-dressed man to be unbelievably hot.

I think that it can be argued that all women cross dress as far as traditional gender based clothing.
The entire concept of cross dressing seems to have become a male taboo issue mostly. If you look back fifty to sixty years when women wore much more specific clothing(i.e. a dress, high heels) and they were restricted as to the wearing of traditional male clothing. Cross dressers seem to focus on gender signifiers like a dress and high heels and then throw in a wig with longer hair and make up. Once women had broken the female stereotype for clothing and began to wear more male traditional clothing such as pants, the entire cross dressing for women became almost a mute point. I would think that it takes a woman wearing more traditional male clothing before even an eye is turned let alone question the gender of the person. Suits for women became common place with some modification such as less shoulder scale. Back in he 80's women wore the exaggerated shoulder pad to a point that it might be argued that they were all cross dressing..lol

Do you find men cross dressing hot? Personally I don't. Again it tatkes women wearing even the most male symbol ..the tie in a mannish tailored suit before we even consider it cross dressing. A guy puts on nylons and a skirt and he clearly is questioned.

All that is very true. When I think of a woman cross dressing, I think of the men's dress pants, men's styled shoes, belt, dress shirt, perhaps with a vest or a tie or a suit jacket. There's just that tailored look that makes it more masculine than a woman wearing men's clothes out of convenience. Hell, today I'm wearing a men's henley shirt, but I'm not counting that as cross dressing.
I accidentally bought my husband a pair of women's jeans once. He looked fantastic in them! My favorite pair of jeans of his ever. I got them from Goodwill, and when I looked them up to get him another pair, found out that they were a women's style (and discontinued, boo). He's got the kind of torso that a more feminine cut of tshirt would probably look great on him too. But it's not obvious, so I don't really consider these cross dressing either.
I find men cross dressing hot when they do it well. So many men put on bad fitting skirts and dresses, the wrong type of things that don't really create a feminine body shape on them, and it just looks sloppy. But I've seen men wear skirts and dresses, or even just feminine tailored clothing, that makes them look nice and put together, and I find that extremely hot.
