What's up with the chat and where's Drew to help get it going again? Please I don't know I sent Drew 3-4 emails and to site it self and nothing yet

Earlier this evening I posted up on the other thread on this issue, that I had been to another website and they use the same software for chat as we do---and it is down too---has been for at least a week or two---the best I can determine----so I don't think that the problem resides with the site---but with the chat software.
Since it appears this is the case---let us hope that the software provider gets their act together and fixes whatever problems they are having.

Rumor has it, it doesn't work... Actually, it hasn't for quite some time and the boss does seem to be around.
