Never mind---it just seemed that some posts came up today that I did not post today--but at another time----I will continue to monitor and see if this continues--if it does, something on the site got hacked or my account has been and if it not---I have gone crazy--but hopefully not insane!! LOL

Volty, if they're posts that you made...but just didn't post today, but at an earlier time...then that would be a very odd hack. More likely some other kind of glitch.

Could be--what is weird--at the times those posts were made-I was not even home at the time of some of the posts of mine that have shown up--so I don't know what is the deal-it just kinda freaked me at first--maybe it has to do something with the fact that the forum is not working tonight.

If anyone else reports this problem--I will know that I am not going bonkers and there is some sort of issue going on with the site.

Could be that my account got hacked in some way, too---just gonna watch and see if this continues.

It could be too that the clock on here was off for a time--I know that has happened before too. Perhaps the times that I thought that some posts were done was way off and I didn't pay attention at the time.

It was weird to see the times of those posts because I was not home at the time they say they were made and honestly---even if the times were correct--I don't recall having posted to those threads, so maybe I am going crazy!! :yikes2:. Just a big "mind fuck." LOL

The other thing to consider--perhaps I have been hacked externally and that is a real bummer to contemplate!!

I am thinking that the time that the posts were made--the clock was off---it just all struck me as weird---the site is obviously having some problems today with the chat room not working---I just didn't remember making some of those posts at the times they say they were made---maybe I am not working right!! lol Got stuck in a time warp or something!!

Yeah--I did figure out that the clock is off-----for a time it was actually much further off than now---I don't know why---but it just freaked me out for some reason that day---I knew that I was not home at the time the posts were made and I guess I did make a few posts that I didn't recall doing---just a big mental fart going I guess.

This did happen when the chat room was down and maybe some other funky things were going on with the site then too.

almost on topic

do others receive msgs from cranky old people who seem to have nothing better to do with their time. received this msg, header in bold, text of msg below (copy/paste of header and 1st sentence). didn't bother reporting as abusive or offensive, as I considered the posters age...........LOL just hope I'm not that way in 15 yrs or so.

not sure which is worst, being called a fraud / liar, or people in Thailand are too ignorant for proper English. though looking over my....all of 8 posts, now 9 posts, my English sucks. long, connective sentence structure and abuse of prepositions, leading sentence, few caps and poor punctuation skills. i'd use spell / grammar checker, but would take longer to correct than type post.

hope he wasn't an English teacher. At least I know how to spell Thailand.

You write English so well

........that I suspect that you may not be from Thialand.

Its been awhile, but over the years I have gotten some "nasty messages" too---but to stop that---I made it so someone has to be a "friend" here in order to send me a private message.

It is too bad that people think its ok to send "nastygram" sorts of messages to others.
