Have any of you older guys tried any generic viagra? Wondering if it really worked or if you felt it was safe? What site is a good site to buy from?

I and a friend use it. It works just like the real stuff, matter of fact, 100mg pill I break in half and it works fine. Certainly cheaper than the script.

My experience with generic, or foreign Viagra, was not as good as Cannibal's.
The generic stuff I got from Canada seemed to be about half-strength, therefor not effective.. A friend go me some in Mexico, that didn't work very well, either. The best thing I ever used, may sound terrible to some, but it was a shot called Tri-Mix. The needle's so tiny I barely felt it. It's probably not a good thing, if you're shot-shy!
With the right stimulation, I found I don't always need it.

The generic Viagra that I use comes in 20mg tablets. I can take as many or as few as I think I need. Typically I take 3 tablets (60mg) and it works just like the original. I have taken as many as 4 and as few as 2 and have no complaints at all. I was taking the daily dose Cialis which costs $130 a month. The generic Viagra cost $34 for 40 pills. I belong to a large HMO and have no complaints. I won't order any medication online as the only experience I had was the website using my credit card for over $200. I got the money back but it was a hassle. Oh, my doctor is not allowed to give free samples anymore..A Washington state rule I suppose. Good luck.

My question exactly what is being called "generic viagra"? As I understand, Viagra is a product whose name and formula is owned by Pfizer Company. I know that a pharmacist may replace the name brand with a generic form in some cases but not Viagra in Canada. I believe that ingredient is sildenafil citrate and that would be the generic form. Internet companies claiming to sell generic Viagara may not really be in Canada. I recall that Pharmacies may sell medication over the internet if it meets certain standards. This has been questionable practice in some cases but not all. I don't think that legally these products being sold as generic Viagara are really the chemical make up? Viagra doesn't come in 20 mg tablet form based on what I read?
I have also heard of sales of herbal drugs as a generic Viagra? Is that what you guys are referring to?

Generic viagra is available in Canada. Here is a news article about Pfizer dropping their prices to compete.

Interestingly a perscription is not required in Mexico. It seems that goverment control exists in some countries such as the US and Canada. I still wonder why my government has an interest in my ability to get an erection.

I can only speak for generic Levitra. It works better for me than Viagra did and just as well as regular Levitra did ! and it's much less expensive too...

Well, I'll be…lol Since 2012 and the patent runs out this year anyway. From $49 to $37 (a pill?) It still suggests only once every 24 hours. It still doesn't line up with what Kentbi is referring to?

Didn't the patent on Viagra expire in the UK. But I think it has a few more years in the US. I think I read that somewhere
Has anyone tried the herbal stuff they sell in the UK? I've seen it on Ebay.

I just found out the Viagra I ordered was from an Canadian-owned company, but the Viagra is generic made in INDIA! (Info from friend who gave me the internet address to order from)
It's obvious that I should have known from where it came!
There's no telling what was in that little blue pill!

I have used a generic that is made in India also Realist. For me, I've had very good results. And at the cost of only $1 a pill, it's worth it to me.
However, there's a much better one that is produced in this country called VIP....the erections are much more intense and even gives the tingling sensations I remember very well in my youth. In fact I took one just about 3 hours ago and have been getting erections off and on now since taking it....anyway, it costs about $5 a capsule but lasts for 2 days....they claim all the ingredients are natural. Here's a link to the company one can order it from.

And no, I'm not a part of the company...I just know how important it is to having something reliable when it's time to enjoy our sensual delights and wanted to share.

Tenni, you're right, Viagra is a name given to Sildanfil when it was put on the market by Pfizer. When that happened they had a patent that prevented any other companies to produce Sildanifil. That patent recently expired and the generic drug is simply Sildanifil. Its not an herbal, it's the same thing as Viagra just without the Viagra name.

Thanks E.U. ....I'll try them...they can't be worse than the last ones I tried!!
Halfafoot, I wouldn't recommend the ones I took; they didn't do anything for me, or the fellow who shared the address with me. I've deleted the address, but if you really want to try it, I'll see if I can get the address from my friend.

A couple of caveats of ordering online. I bought some online about 5 years ago and they required a phone number for their Dr(?) to contact me. No issue there, but I am still getting calls 5 years later asking me if I want to re-order. Most annoying. Also, when I made that purchase (using a credit card), VISA immediately called me and said there was a suspicious purchase as it was processed overseas, and they wanted to confirm that I did indeed order it. And....even though the online site said it was a Canadian pharmacy, when the package got here, it was from India

I've ordered three times from generic-pharmacy-online.net (http://generic-pharmacy-online.net). I've purchased Sildanfil (Viagra equivalent) Tadalafil + Dapoxetine (Cialis equivalent with an erection-prolonging agent) from them and have been very happy with the results. Their website is written in very professionally-scripted English and offers a wide variety of medications, in addition to the adult types.
They ship very quickly via International Express Mail, which requires an adult signature upon delivery. My last order took about a week to receive. The only after-purchase contact that I've had from them have been emails offering discounts on future purchases. These go to my 'fetish-related' email address, not my primary one.
They are located in India, which I did not assume to be necessarily a bad thing. I paid using two different credit cards for different orders, and there were no calls from the card companies, questioning the purchases.
On one order, I was mistakenly shipped the wrong medication, but an email to customer service was answered quickly. They immediately shipped the correct medication and let me keep the one that was sent. (It was a different formulation, but still an ED pill.)
I'm satisfied with their prices, service and the nice, hard cock that I have as a result.
