What in the hell is happening to this group lately? It used to be filled with fun topics, informative topics, great conversations. People helping the Newbie's who had questions and concerns about their sexuality and lives. Lately its seeming to have become a porn site, smarmy, icky, and not all that appealing to all of us old regulars that have been here for years and years. It wasnt Just about being a "Hook up" site, it wasnt all about just sex. It was about people caring about people, but somehow its changed, and it doesnt feel good anymore. I know I'm not the only one who feels this way.
Hope this changes soon....

Lurking here for sometime I agree with your sentiments here. Good discussion about bisexual and non-sexual topics is what I seek.

The average post is from someone who has been a member for less than 30 days, sends at least 10 posts at a time, starts new threads 5 at a time and never notices that the new threads are the same as existing threads since they never look at old ones. It unfortunately causes many older members to stay off the site.

it used to be fun.... I found so many topics to be interesting.... a diverse melting pot of humanity, sexuality and volties pics of the us were amazing......

then it changed... people told they were not welcome here, people were wrong if they were monogamous and bisexual, that they could not be happy unless they were screwing everybody then wrong because they were screwing everybody and not doing it the right way, that this was a site about sexuality and sex but god help you if you talk about aspects of sexuality and sex that were not limited to the * acceptable * aspects of sexuality and sex.... and then it progressed from there with relationships, partners and sexualities being rubbished.... and we can not forget how its society and non bisexuals that are our * worst * enemies....and america is on the shitlist regularly

lol and the whole time there are calls for accepting and toleration of others differences......

unfortunately we can not blame other people, when its ourselves that are responsible for the way the site is now.... our own opinions are what has happened shape the site into the site we have now.... our right to have our opinions and thoughts, unfortunately some of our opinions were not as positive and accepting and tolerant of others as we may like to think...... and the thread is a reflection of the fact that we have issues with what others are doing, while we are doing what we do not want others to do......

There4's an easy solution to that person. Go to their profile page, look for Ignore user, click on that, and they are blocked. You wont see anything more from them. I havent had to do this in a while, but I'm Fixing to do it to Two of them.

I guess I am a contributing factor to not posting fun and interesting things. This last year has been really bad on me; what with the surgeries, and losing my son. It's just taken the wind out of my sails quite a bit. But, I'm getting better, and plan on posting fun things again soon. I encourage all of ya'll to do the same. Be fun, flirty, spontaineous, debate, post thought provoking things. This isnt JUST a sex site. Let's revert it back to what it was. A fun place for all of us..:}

Forums do seem to go through phases. Right now there are a lot of them dealing with "smut smut smut cum smut." I confess that many of these turn me on. There are also some interesting discussions about more serious topics. I predict that in the not too distant future the forums will shift to another phase and someone will complain about the lack of "smut smut smut cum smut."

I have noticed multiple forums started by some members - e.g., TF and joavi. Some limit on the forums started by a member in say a month might give us more diversity.

I think that your idea has merit especially for new posters. The new poster who has not lurked or read a lot of former threads seem to be getting the idea that they need to post pig porn images and topics/questions that ask very little thought.

I do think that Cat has a very good point. If you do not like the quality of the threads raise the bar by creating threads that are less pig porn and more sensually salacious stimulating the mind. There is nothing wrong with the erotic or the diverseness of sexuality but this site is best when it is educating and debating issues about bisexuality.(imo)

I agree, Tenni-Dumpling. And you know the old saying. "Those who talk and boast about it the most, are getting it the least" I suspect thats what is happening with the main perpetrator who has been Constantly posting stuff, and sharing disgusting pics. There's plenty of other sites to share this shit on. Hope he goes and shares his vicarious crap elsewhere...

It is a shame that Drew has not been here posting since Early in December, it would be interesting to hear his take on the changes to his site. Cat I am sure that at lot of the verbalmasturbation is coming from previously banned and it is not going to stop. A lot of other sites have limits on the # of posts from new members and I think we can all see why it is effective as it limits the posts when they are at the spam levels # wise. I have been avoiding the site like the clap.

A few people have mentioned creating a sub-forum for the basic 'I know about naughty things' threads to be placed. I think that's a good idea coz if you like that kinda thing (and who doesn't now & again?:rolleyes:) that would be smut Heaven, and keep the main forum nice & tidy in case someone comes here with an actual real problem looking for advice etc.

Gear this has been suggested that Groups (sub forum) may be created and in fact the poster created a few groups.
The Groups are listed under the main forum and often used for geographical or "special interest" groupings.
