I have been watching the result of decades of fiscal irresponsibility in various countries. I've been waiting to see a statement like this one. It's been obvious that tough policies will need to be put in place to manage the future of our way of life. We may have to say goodbye to $50 DVD players, and we will riot in the street when they are taken away.
