I've seen several threads on this site about bi porn, but none about non pornographic films or shows with bisexual characters or a bi-erotic plot line. Hopefully I'm not bringing up a tired thread that makes everyone moan and say, "Not the old bisexual movie thread again." :yikes2:I can think of quite a few over the years, and would be interested in hearing other people's opinions about which ones they like best and why. In order to reel this in and keep the responses a reasonable length, let's say what are your top three films or shows with bisexual characters or storylines? And why did you like best about each of the three? I'll go first: 1.) The Dreamers (2003)--a film by Bernardo Bertolluci about a young American studying in Paris in 1968 who strikes up a friendship with a French brother and sister. The film is set against the background of the '68 Paris student riots, and it's the one of the hottest bi-erotic scenarios ever filmed, at least in my opinion. I also loved all of the American film references that the characters make throughout the film. 2.) Bob and Rose--a British television drama that depicts a love affair between a gay man and a straight woman. I absolutely hated this show the first time I watched it, because it threatened my homonormative paradigm at the time. However, I can look back now and see how this show caused a chink in my defenses that started me questioning my own life. 3.) Orange is the New Black--a new Netflick series about a women who is engaged to be married who finds herself doing a year in prison with her old Lesbian lover, which causes her to struggle with her bisexual identity. I've heard lots of negative feedback about this show, which mainly focuses on the fact that the word bisexual is rarely used in the show, even though several characters obviously live bisexual lives. I understand the arguments and agree that the show could have been a lot more bi positive, but I also appreciate the rawness of the struggles that the protagonist is forced to confront and to deal with. Again, this show mirrors many of the same internal struggles concerning my own bisexuality. And some of the lesbian sex scenes in the show are down-right hot. I can't wait till the second season comes out. Alright...now it's your turn.

Good ones, DiamondDog, especially Brokeback and Y tu Mama Tambien. I remember being aroused by both of those films as well as just loving the storylines. I'd actually forgotten about Y tu Mama Tambien, and now I want to watch it again.
