These are free sites that cost you, they say free to register and make a profile, but you can not contact or reply to anyone unless u buy a membership.

Not in my experience. I'm on both and have not paid a dime to either one, yet can still contact (and be contacted by) other members. There are "premium" features on both sites, but not needed for meeting others.
