I've been hearing/reading about the controversy of this catchy song for awhile. The youtube ban was part of it. The comments about the song being about rape. Robin Thicke arguing that the song is about the blurred lines between how "good girls" act and what their intentions sexually are about. Even today, I saw a rebuttal video made by some women. The rebuttal video has no where near the production quality.
I'm not convinced that the "song" is about rape. I'm inclined to think that it is about the "blurred" lines that has existed between men and women sexually. Some may argue that men always read into things that they want to be. I'll post the lyrics and the "infamous" naked video.(which I don't know if it helps Thicke's argument). Mysogynistic?...a lot of signs imo is there a but?...well there are butts ;)
