I have always wondered why does this happen, either with a dildo or getting fucked in the ass. I notice everytime I penetrate my ass my penis starts to shrink dramaticly and becomes smaller than when I'm not hard. I can be hard and it just starts to shrink. there can be a couple of reasons.... the one that is most likely, is that the position you are in, is restricting the blood flow to your penis... the other option is nerve damage to your spine and that is again, a positional thing....

try doggie style and then flat on your back and get somebody to massage your prostate..... if you get a electric shock type feeling, its nerve damage......

Have had the same thing happen, it is all about relaxing. Once you get penetrated you need to relax, maybe have your partner stroke you while on your back after he enters you, this in most cases will get you hard again. Call it redirecting your attention. :)

All these sound like good ideas, I haven't had the opportunity to actually have more than one partner at the time. Is going soft a problem? I mean, if you are with only one partner, and he's fucking your ass then you don't need to be hard, do you? I've never figured out why this happens. I've been as hard as a rock before a guy gets his dick in me and the moment he does, I've gone soft despite still being very much aroused. I suspect that the initial discomfort of being penetrated might cause a disconnect but I can neither prove nor disprove this. Some of the nerves that control erections run alongside the prostate.
