If I may address the question you raised; I don't think it matters if you're actually pumping spunk at the moment, which is why I chose a somewhat ambiguous term like "extacy". Some men are able to separate the orgasmic feelings from the physical response of pumping spunk. There's a whole book about it, which I highly recommend, called "The Multi-Orgasmic Man". This book explains in detail, how a man can train himself to 'hold on' to his jiz.
