I had a "close" friend who always had a strap squeezing around the upper part of his scrotum. I've also seen pictures of guys with a similar strap and their balls appear to be tightly held at the bottom of their scrotum. What's the purpose??? Does it make the wearer "last" longer?? Is the sex better??

That's a ball stretcher. They make your scrotum and testicles feel good. I have tried them for about a decade. I could already last very long, as long as I wanted and for very long periods of time before using them. They make sex better if you enjoy that sensation?
