Hello. I am new to this site. I have finally decided to stop pushing the thoughts of liking women out of my head and face the fact that I may be bisexual. I am proud of my decision and feel a little relieved. Now I have hit a bump in the road because I have no clue on how to go about meeting someone and how to approach them with my situation. I was reading forums and one suggested going to a strip club and see if the ladies there make you horny but hell a porn movie does that. I ould love any and all advise on how to get started.

I would like to say is welcome.

Your just like everyone else, i trying to find other poeple. You can go to other clubs, like maybe a swing club and just thiings flow from there. Or you could search for profiles on this or other sites to find other women.

I hope this helps.

Welcome to the group KC. I hope you have some luck in finding someone to satisfy your curiousity and move forward. You can search the profiles here for anyone that is near your area. Also maybe checking different clubs and hang outs that are in your city or nearby.

Welcome, KC! I'm sure that as you get to know many of us, you'll feel more and more comfortable just being who you are. It may not be a strip club or a lesbian bar that helps you. This site is full of great people with much potential. There are also many other sites, good but not quite as family-like as this one. I love these people like family (and more than family in some cases ;) ). I hope you find what you're looking for!

Welcome to Bisexual.com!

Congratulations on your decision to stop pushing your attraction away from you!

The only suggestion I can make is to live life and see who you meet. Don't push it or try to make it happen too hard.

Have fun and be safe!

Blessed Be~

Welcome Aboard. Lovely to see another lady. Glad to have you here. Hope you find what you need and enjoy all the wonderful people that are here. If anything, there are great friends a-plenty.

Welcome!

I'm sorry my Guide to Strip Clubs (http://main.bisexual.com/forum/showthread.php?t=1307) was of no use to you. I have always enjoyed the interactive nature of them as opposed to porn videos, but you are right in the fact that they do not fulfil the relationship side of being attracted to women. I hope you still decide to try one. The girls there might have advice on finding women in your area.

Another excellent resource is Jen Sincero (http://www.jensincero.com/)'s book The Straight Girl's Guide to Sleeping with Chicks (http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/0743258533/jensincero-20/102-5222116-1674502). She has plenty of detailed advice there, including the sound tried and true safe advice others have already given. Just for kicks, I will list one of her cherry shaped bullet point lists here for you.

Host a slumber party/kegger at your sorority house, complete with beer bong and group sleeping area
Get a game of Twister going at your next pool party
Suggest that the bride-to-be model all her new lingerie at your next bridal shower
Take pole-dancing lessons with your hot friends
Hire a female stripper at your next bachelorette party
Play Truth or Dare with your friends in a hot tub
Ask for help unzipping your dress in the locker room
Get a bikini wax from a hot chick
Instigate a game of spin the bottle at your next girls' night out

Best of luck!

Hey KC - Welcome to the community! Hope You don't mind advice from a guy, but I've been where You are now, and can tell You what worked best for me. First, going to clubs/bars to meet possible friends/LTR's, was the worst thing I tried. About as long as any of those relationships went was the next 8 to 10 hours. Believe it or not, I found the best place to meet good quality people, is church. The two that I would recomend are either Unity, or Unitarian/Universalist. Both are nondenominational, and welcome everyone with open arms. Both organizations have websites that You can easily find with google. Good luck on Your journey, I hope You'll keep us posted. You'll find that most people here really do care for each other - Dave
