Well.. and to the UK, France, Germany, Sweden, Norway, Australia, New Zealand, Denmark, The Netherlands, Belgium and host of other places.... not quite all, and not all of the not quite all to the US...;)

Interesting how the top countries on the list are considered liberal from a political perspective. Since the report was based on setting the best example, I wonder how the conservative set sees this, or better, would produce their own ranking. Thoughts, anyone?
