In 2002 I was diagnosed with prostate cancer and underwent a radical prostatectomy with 50% nerve saving. The cancer reappeared in 2005 and I had the pleasure of 33 radiation treatments. I have been cancer free ever since then. Have a lot of trouble in this area as well. Orgasm is difficult to attain. Not boasting as it still leaves me feeling shameful, one night it took me over six hours to finally give up with my wife. I have considered trying the injections. The "close" friend in Denver that I mentioned used the injections, but did not work that well. Discussed it with an uncle who lost his prostate.
