How come everytime I go to chat it says it is loading but never leaves 0%

It could be the version of Java you have or your browser. If you don't have the latest java, upgrade.

For example, this site will tell you what version of JAVA you have and whether or not there is an upgrade available.. http://www.java.com/en/download/installed.jsp ..be forewarned that once you install JAVA you will want to keep upgrading it as they release new versions because it has been known to have security vulnerabilities in older versions of the software. If you really don't need them you can use the Add/Remove programs control panel to remove very old versions of JAVA. Once it is installed, close your internet browser, open it back up and try the chat again.. -E
