Feedback always appreciated if it is GENUINE. Simon Cowell wannabes are not going to be heeded, obviously.
Thanks for your listening!

Still listening but Working Class Hero was very nice, just slightly behind a bit on chorus when the background singing came on but not too distracting, looked like you were feeling it as you sang it. Thanks for posting, my friend. Off to listen more :)
Listening to Your Heart Will Lead You Home, I think you nailed that one.
Beauty School Drop Out, once I got Frankie Avalon out of my head, was good.
Tears in Heaven was enjoyable but I couldn't overcome Eric Clapton's voice in my head as I listened, but it was a good effort.
Wings of Love, very nice I thought.
Alejate, I'd never heard the original song (I know bad me) so I had no comparison but I enjoyed it.
You're Beautiful was very good even with the cold :)
Now I have a couple requests if they have them on the site. Home by Chris Daughtry and Silver, Blue and Gold by Bad Company.

I'm hoping with time they fix some of the issues with the recordings where I have to make the background synch up AFTER I sing, and even whenI get it right in the preview, it goes wrong in the finished product. The guy who owns the site is still working on that. :)

I like 'Working Class Hero' best, as it sounds like you enjoyed singing that the most to me.
I'm relieved to know that I'm not alone singing Grease songs too. it's still cool!

Thanks Ian. I've listened to some of your other songs that you have posted. The song "Tears In Heaven" is always a song that I like but I enjoyed listening to all of your songs. Good to see you singing the ol Gordie Lightfoot's song:bigrin: He is a well loved Canadian folk singer/song writer. Your tempo is little different than his.

He's Canadian? I had NO idea! But then I am truly clueless about where people are from even when they are super famous. I had no idea that Shatner and Nimoy were Canadian, that Andre Agasi was Iranian, or that Ricardo Montalvan
was born in Mexico....I just never think about it, you know?
Now I am going to look for more songs he did that I may know.

Ian
Shatner is a Canuck while Nemoy I think is US born?
Actually, Shatner was a Shakespearan actor in his early acting career. That and the CBC.

Carefree Highway.
Forgot that was Gordon Lightfoot, and I did it some time ago!

Well done Ian! ......your voice is much steadier and stronger, and vastly improved since the first time you posted a thread with your songs...IMO anyway.
Would love to see you record Working Class Hero standing up, so your diaphragm can expand and REALLY let it go because you have a LOT of power in your voice which is stifled when you are sitting....you just can't get enough air in to do it justice.... give that a try, see how it feels :)
good luck to you in whatever you plan to do with your talent.

Since I had to do it on cam, I had to be sitting down. It was for a special challenge, and my cam is built into my computer and it would be looking up into my nose if I just angle it back. And as I was classically trained, I can really deliver a booming and powerful song when called upon, and when the cam is off I am always standing up.
The fact I am classically trained, I had to learn how to tone it down for a mic, then I went through 5 mics to find a good one that wouldn't be too expensive. :)
Couple of examples of my "Strong" voice in action:

The second one, no matter what I did, always seemed to be squelching because of the way the program worked to process the sound. Trevor, the site owner, is still working to fix it. So I beg your patience and pardon while we still get it licked.
Thanks for listening.
