I had not even paid any attention till just a few moments ago that I have now surpassed my 4,00th posting on this site--the most I have done at any site on the web. I will also soon be reaching my sixth year here as I seem to recall--I might be crazy---but I still like this site!!

ROFLMAO some people have too much time on their hands at times.

I tell ya, Voltie, I still wanna figure out a way to meet you before I finally fuck off to NZ for the final time. It would be a shame to be so close for so long and never even get to have a beer together.

I am sure that I can get down your way one of these days--it seems when I am in that part of the state--I am probably heading for someplace like Nashville, Birmingham or Memphis and am hauling ass down the interstate!!!

That's some achievement, Volty!

You've done it while rarely getting on anyone's nerves, too! That, in itself, is an remarkable achievement!

I always enjoy reading your posts and have appreciated your photography, too!

There have been a few people that I am sure I have pissed off--but can't make em all happy!  But like the old saying goes, "better pissed off then pissed on!!"

Here are some more photos---I hadn't put any up for a few months---the first one was taken in the Hocking Hills region of southeastern Ohio at a place called Ash Cave---its not a real cave back into the hill--but more of what they say is a natural shelter house---the place had long been a place where native people came to stay for many years---with there both having been historic Indian tribes using it but going back to the pre-historic peoples going back to like the last ice age----when the first white explorers came into the area they used it, so did some of the first pioneers and later---gangs of ruffians were said to hang there to hide out from the law----its called ash cave due to the deposits of ash that had built up over a thousand years of being used by the native people----what I focused on in the picture was where a small stream of water was coming over the cliff face from like 150 feet or so above---it was just a trickle of water, but earlier in the year with the flooding---there was extensive damage to the trail system leading into the gorge that they were just starting to work on. I don't think I woulda wanted to have been there when the gorge was being flooded---entire walkway bridges, trees and other things were thrown all about--and the water must have been pretty high up along the walls of the gorge--something the power of mother nature!!!

The rest of the photos were taken around my boat one early one morning this fall that had started out foggy but cleared when the sun came up-----the spiders were really busy this summer and fall. I thought that their webs made for a neat study for taking photos with them heavy with the morning dew----I have tweaked all of these photos to some minor degrees using Photoshop---doing things like mostly sharpening, tweaking colors, contrast and such.

ahh strange how those energetic fruits have sort of become ur face here. i like to imagine they get their energy from your volts. funny how avatars do this for people. i remember when i first joined people thought i was a slightly aggressive muscled latino guy with a goatee, and i never could quite live up that level of hotness. i should have gone for some animated fucking fruits.
