Why are there tons of threads about men dressing up in panties or cross dressing?

It's all rather boring and how much can people actually write about wearing women's clothing?

I don't understand it, can't relate, does absolutely nothing for me. But, apparently, there's many men who are into wearing feminine clothes. Some women like wearing masculine clothes, too. K.D. Lang and Marlena Dietrich comes to mind.

Each of us have our THINGS, that excite us, turn us on. I have mine, you have yours. If we're lucky, we'll find someone of similar tastes to explore with.

I don't read topics like those; they hold no interest for me...........but, I probably have interests that others may find strange, too.

I feel that each of us are free to do as we wish, as long as no one is hurt, or space is not encroached upon.

Being a crossdresser myself, I certainly enjoy reading all the posts, but the repetitive threads (to me, at least) are annoying. I don't understand why so many repetitive threads get born, and I think a moderator would join them into a single thread.

It all personal preference, if you don't like them don't read or respond to them. Speaking only for myself, I prefer this board to be supportive of everyone's interests not just a select few. Just look at the number responding to those threads, it appears they are quite popular!

Bisexuality covers such a broad range of interests and it seems to be much broader for men than women...you'll notice several of us women responded to those threads too?

I might add...you just created another thread about cross dressing!

Ohhhh its not boring at all LoL. . . While I do understand that I am not "passable" and do not try to fool myself into thinking that I am, I have so much fun with it. You would be really suprised how many "real girls" are accepting of it . . .

II prefer this board to be supportive of everyone's interests not just a select few.

Really????? How revolutionary!!

I agree.

There is a good bit of judgmental sanctimonious bullshit on this board covering a wide variety of topics. I have use for none of that. If someone likes dressing in panties and frilly things OR posting/talking about it, its not bothering me any. Live and let live.

I don't mind threads on this subject, just a while back there was several... they should just all be in one. I like guys in certain women's clothing and such, but having like 5 threads on the subject is overdoing it.

The reason we get so many new postings on so many subjects has to do with the way this site is set up--if a topic doesn't get many people responding to it---it drops further and further back in the que----I wished that this site was constructed like many sites out there---you have permanent threads that continue on and merely are added to.

As far as the subject in question----I don't care for crossing dressing and all--but as others have said--we have people here with all kinds of interests and it would be the end of our site if we were to start making restrictions regarding most subject topics---the only topics that get banned by management on here are adverts and those that are vile in some way--mostly those that are nothing more than big attacks on a person or persons.

If someone doesn't care for any topic in question-- then don't spend any time looking at it---"it don't mean nothin'--move on" like Johnny Cash used to sing in a great song.

This type post does nothing for us. But when you think about it these guys are deeper in the closet than most people. This is their place to have their fantasy and get to know each other. Someday they will be able to come out of the closet and the cheats will be in there alone. Sooner or later cross dressers will be tolerated. Although I wouldn't suggest buying a new wardrobe for the occasion anytime soon.

I can not say that I liked all the cross dressing threads that were here a week or so ago. As far as cross dressers are concerned, I'm not interested myself or being with a cross dresser...well if the guy has just a little thing about panties or camosal and I like the guy...maybe as long as you get naked later:tong:

When the page is full of cross dressing threads it does make me wonder if a reader might relate bisexuality to cross dressers. I understand that there are hetero cross dressers too but I'm not sure. I guess that it is a fetish of some sort. Even the thread about "why men cross dress" had little real info but it was the most interesting for the rest of us...maybe.

With so many threads all about the same topic it might slow down interest in this site. (not sure)

Anyway, there was far too many.

The interesting fact was how so many run to defend the "right" of cross dressers to post so much. There are certain things that some support even if they are not personally interested.

Doesn't do much for me either . But , as they say , different strokes for different folks . Isn't freedom of speech a wonderful concept ? This means even you can talk about something that interests you or complain about what other are interested in . Amazingly enough , it also means you don't have to read what does not interest you . I choose the latter .

Absolutely...I don't support your view that there were too many of those threads, even though they don't really interest me either but I would hurry to support your right to your opinion!!!

There do seem to be alot of panty and cross dressing threads of late and they can be a bit repetitive. However alot of members enjoy cross dressing, myself included.

If you find these threads boring don't read them, create you own more interesting threads and we will all be happy to read them and contribute.

Even though I don't dress in panties or cross-dress myself, I do like others that do. As others have posted, if you don't like the thread, you don't have to read it.

It's a bisexual site, and for some of us, myself included, it's a bigendered site as well where some of us enjoy crossdressing to explore and indulge our inner woman.

I guess I did miss one point in my prior post . . . As with any topic, One should view the topics already started so as not to duplicate the same subject again & again, That is boring & annoying . . . . . As Hoselvr stated this is a bisexual site, and being a CD'er, Transgendered or whatever, is for some a part of it. I see many topics here which I am not into at all, I don't bother even to read them, Because I'm not into what their into, Its their thing, I do not post, or give them shit for "doing their thing" . . .

Peace To All, Bi For Now . . . :flag3:

bidave,

if you do not like the posts about crossdressing, then simply dont read or look at them. it is that simple.

there are others who truley do enjoy reading them and responding to them, i am one of them.

this site is for bisexual people and if you are not bi then perhaps you are on the wrong site.

I myself am just glad to have found such a sight that we are allowed to post such a variety of post about such a variety of things and all at no charge to (us) the members. Thank you Drew, I for one really appreciate what you have put your time and patience (and money) into for all of us to enjoy.

Well, what I am suggesting is that I don't think that there is much independent thought behind defending cross dressing and connecting it to bisexuality. Some bisexuals like to cross dress. Some heterosexuals like to cross dress. Some gay men like to cross dress. It is not unique to nor a trait of bisexuality.

I have no idea what the person meant when they posted the word "bigender" but I suspect that it is not clearly connected to bisexuality either.

I think that there is often "group think" happening on this site.

Your "group think" idea hits the nail on the head but to be more specific I believe it's a combination of a bunch of excited-horny guys seeing a subject near and dear to their hearts!!!

it is not my cup of tea to look at or read blogs and such about cross dressers and those who wear panties, I fully support there right to discuss their views. I am attracted to men because they are men. Those that like to delve into crossdressing and such are encouraged to do that. No one has the right to dig into someones private affairs.
