How do I put a link to another website on my posted message?

just type the address in the message, like i am going here and it will post for all to see.

Or use the "insert link" option (symbol of the world with a link of a chain in front of it). It will auto-format the link for you to make it clickable.

Just mouse over the various options and it will tell you what each does.
