sorry i wasnt able to post this weekend, was out of town. the 4th of july weekend represents our independance, america's independance was fought and won by soldiers. todays conflicts are fought by soldiers. we owe our priviledge to be able to surf the internet, enjoy our relegion, sexuality, relationships etc because of our military. if you see someone who happens to be wearing something that leads you to belive their VET, ask them , if they are...shake their hand and say "THANK YOU". the real reason for these days seems to be lost to younger generations who just see the 4th of july, memorial day, labor day etc as just another day off....look into what each day represents, and then maybe youll appreciate the sacrifices our military folks have made. its been said "freedon isnt free" just think of the ultimate price that some of our military has paid. and the family lines that have ended there because of someones commitment to the concept of freedom please...appreceiate our military, thank them.....theres alot of "adopt a soldier" programs out there....some of these guy dont have family..a simple care package would mean the world to them
