Anybody here savvy to XML?
My mailbox has gotten full, and pack rat that I am, I exported them before deleting them all. I did one export as text and another as XML. I'm sorry to see that the text version doesn't arrange the messages in chronological order. I'm wondering if the XML version might give me the option of changing the order of the messages or arranging them according to original and response. But no matter whether I view the XML file in a Web browser (Safari), a WP program (NeoOffice) or a Web design program (Adobe GoLive) it still reads like a long text file, with tags showing up within their brackets. Whatever functionality the XML has, none of these programs make use of it. What can you do with such a file?
