Hello
Does anyone have a recommended site or brand name to purchase a decent strap-on? I've got two now that just don't rest comfortably the straps being too cheaply made to hold up to use... :bipride:

Haven't had a chance to try a feeldoe(or share), yet

Maybe forget the straps and anchor it to the person? Try a feeldoe... (that is a RealDoe pictured). They come with or without built-in vibrators, plus the setup gives the fucker stimulation too, not just the fuckee...

I have the Spareparts Joque too. I like it alot. It is very adjustable, feels very secure. You can use a wide range of toys with it. It's washable. Only drawback, it is kind of expensive.

My wife and I have used the Doc Johnson vac-u-lok strapon in the past. It seemed to be a quality made product. The harness was durable and they offered a large selection of attachments.

Wife and I got the Feeldo as well but she had problems with it staying in place. We both liked the concept. She has had to wear a pair of tight panties to hold it into place. We ended up going to the Vacu-Lock system and it works well for us.

Did she get off with the feeldoe? Does she get off using the vacu-lock?

We have a couple of them. The Doc Johnson vac-u-loc provides the best fit for hugging her with the optional vibrating eggs where it does the most good. Our other one has his & hers built in vibrators with individual speed controls. However this one had a really poor harness. The weight of the built in vibrators pulled it down. She cured the issue by cutting open the crotch of a pair of cut off jeans and mounting the strap-on in the opening. It was a quick and easy fix and the built in vibrators are pure pleasure. The vibration alone will make you dilate for easy entry. Both of the strap-on's cost a bit over $100 but were worth the price.

No and No. When we tried the feeldoe it was my hope that she might derive some pleasure from it. For her it was clunky. She claims it doesn't do anything for her so when she uses a strap-on on me she is concentrating on pleasuring me and not herself at that moment. And she enjoys the fact that I love being topped by her.

Some acts we do to each other are only for the other partner and that's part of the wonderful act of love, not just sex.

Maybe we haven't found the perfect store bought toy that pleasures both of us simultaneously but I like to think that we are both the perfect toys for each other.

I agree with you there! When my Wife Dommes me when we do BSDSM, she doesn't get off and usually doesn't want sex after.. She just enjoys my responses and the look on my face after.. However I would like the possibility for her to get off when she tops me with a strap-on (or feeldoe, etc).

Some women don't as your wife doesn't, some can get off on the pressure or friction on their clit from the base of the strap-on, the straps, or the built in vibrator.. I'd like that for her if she wants it...

Thanks for the info!

Strapping it on for my girl or a guy turns me on. And not always from the physical feel of the instrument I'm using. Most of sex is in our heads, not our "heads". It turns me on and gets me off to pleasure my partner. I usually cum when I am pleasuring my partner.

Which brings us back to harness recommendations...

I have never used a feeldoe or realdoe or any of the insertable "enhancers", so I can't comment on them.
I have used a harness with vac-u-lock. I didn't like it because then you have to buy only vac u lock toys for it. and the harness was cheap, but not inexpensive.
I have also used an all purpose harness that used o rings. It was not as comfortable as the Joque.

Which brings me to the Joque... It is thoroughly adjustable. The straps are stretchy, but firm. The Joque puts everything in just the right places, and holds it there. You can use almost any toy with it, from very small to very large. (Serious!) And another big advantage to it is it goes around the legs rather than up the butt crack, much more comfortable! I've seen them online between $75 and $100. It is washable. We use Woolite in the sink, but you could wash in the washing machine in a lingerie bag, and hang dry.

We each have our own strap - both seem to work well. I have no idea about the ones mentioned - mine has the brand "starlight"
I know some are hideously expensive and to a degree you get what you pay for, but in my (very meagre) experience the strap should have two features.
*A firm harness around both hips and thighs
*A secure locking device - wobbly makes the whole deal difficult and really non-rewarding.

Also, could I recommend you don't buy too big a dildo. Big might look impressive, but it's plastic and the wearer has only a sensation which I would think is nothing like what a man feels. He can give minute control - really, a strapon can't.

Just be conservative, and enjoy.
