I stopped by to say "hi" to Kim, yesterday, and she invited me back to her cubicle. We talked about a few things, and then I said, "I know you have a busy life and all, but I was wondering if you would ever like to go and get some coffee". She hesitated, then said, "Coffee...um...yes, that would be fine...um...I also drink adult drinks, too." I caught on to her meaning, and said, "Oh...that would be great". So, she then proceeded to give me her phone number, and I gave her, mine. We talked for a few more moments, then, she said she needed to go check on her patient. So, we parted ways. I am just so happy to have had that nice interaction with her, and am looking forward to being able to talk to her, outside of her place of work. I am not thinking at all about my attraction to her, right now...I am just happy that I can call her a "friend"! JinJan.
