After being seperated from my wife for two years, I finally got her to realize I was not coming back. Since we have no kids together I am hoping when we go to court we can get divorced with out any problems. As soon as my gf heard I had a court date to divorce my wife she has already started planning a wedding for us. I guess my freedom isn't going to last to long. lol! It is all good though cause I have known my gf for about 25 years and she knows I am bi and is ok with it. So I hope to begin a great new chapter to my old life!! lol!!congrats to you ducks! hope all goes well! :)

DD, I know what they say about revenge, but wouldn't if be funny if he hooked up with someone who treated him just as shitty as he did you? I've heard of this happening....it's Karmic payback!!
Good luck to all who have an opportunity to begin anew!
Try not to make the same mistakes again.....like I did!

Thanks guys, it's just been frustrating because I did file three years ago but it kinda stalled. Then had the opportunity to go to a Legal Aid Clinic and that fell by the wayside as no transportation was available. Then I got to go to one in my town, was a bit confusing at first. You basically are you own attorney they just provide the paperwork, reams and reams of which that now have me convinced divorce attorneys earn every penny they charge. Then I was told to make copies and have to send this and that, I'm like okay fine. Go to clerk's window and they tell me I don't need copies, I filed that's it. I'll get a letter in a few days telling me whether or not the "in pauperis" was accepted and they will proceed without me paying the filing fees. If I have to pay filing fees, my dad, bless his heart, already said he'd pay them just to get him out of our lives. But either way I've done all I have to do for now and am just waiting for my decree.
