I am a bimale and want to start breasts! Any suggestions? (no hormones)

Hormones control the secondary sexual characteristics, so if you want "natural" breasts I don't think there will be any other way.

..but you'd probably have to smoke a LOT of lavender to make it happen.
There are always .. imitation .. is that is what you mean.

I suggest you discuss it with your doctor but I don't think I've heard of many ways that don't involve hormones or surgery.

To the best of my knowledge--you only have two options--take hormones or get breast implants---while some guys do have larger than normal breasts for men--they rarely get to be the size that women have---while we might be open minded to concepts about gender and such that stretch the "normal" bounds----when it comes to biology---we cannot escape that--even though we can sure tweak things a bit, in the case of breasts, by what I and others have said.
If you want breasts--you are going to have to take some special steps to get them and merely trying to will them into being or something like that is not going to make them happen.
