Ben Wa Balls

So I have a pair. They're glass. So far they're pretty cool and I wore them to work once, and I want to know...anything else I can do with 'em? What exercises should I be attempting with 'em?

Mine are glass, so you just feel the weight. I may try them in an oral ex experience, but I worry my orgasm would cause him/her to choke!

Me and my ex had a pair that were metal and sorta vibrated weird and jingled . . . she would put one or both in and try to move them around while wearing them . . . never wore them during sex though
