Isn't there something on the site already which notifies of profile updates in the region over which one has expressed an interest?
I am intersted in the UK - I get those notifications

I think you are correct - I probably get just England

you used to be able to set it up in your profile to be local, national or global. i think the software on our server now just limits you to seeing your regional updates on the home page, but you can still see nationalities down the left margin.
so, am wondering what the real motivation behind your post is, 'rocks?
