but one question. Why the hell didn't they know 20-30 years ago that it caused cancer? Could they not have done the proper research then? Now that everyone already has or will soon have cancer, how do we fix it?

Easy answer, Mikey. Hindsight is always 20/20 and they now have facts and long term study results they didn't have when it first came out. It's like asking how they didn't know nicotine was addictive.

Maybe I'm more skeptical, but corporate powers usually win against the little guy. Profit is more important than public health.

Suggesting it can't happen now or that it was simply hindsight is a little naive IMO (no offense).

We already know that Flouride in the water causes harm. And that Aspartame causes cancer. We've known this for years and yet both are still in use.

Always follow the money.

You are right, sir. And don't forget Avandia, Viox and Thalidomide just to name a few. All were rushed through medical testing and brought to market. All these medical professionals know how these chemicals/medicines will react with our bodies, but the profit still outweighs the risks.
