Cskate is correct about breast cancer in men but the incidences are far greater for young men to get testicular cancer.
A man's lifetime chance of having testicular cancer is about 1 in 270 (about 3% of all men get testicular cancer). Testicular cancer is one of the most curable forms of cancer if caught early.

Sorry Gear...I guess I left that a bit blank. Just be sure to check around your nipple area and the general area of the breast and underarm for any unusual lumps or masses....they may or may not be painful. Look for any changes in your skin around that area as well as any changes in the nipple itself. You can do this as you recline in bed or you can always make it a habit to check while in the shower. Sorry to have hijacked the thread for this but I just thought it was a nice segue to suggest something a bit more serious to consider as you ponder whether or not you do, indeed, enjoy having your male breasts manipulated.
