It is a truly beautiful island in the Irish sea! Not part of the UK but British nonetheless... there are more beautiful little islands in the British Isles but few so much fun.. it is closer to Scotland than England, Ireland or Wales, but until relatively recently it was legal to kill Scotsmen on sight not that for some centuries it was ever acted upon.. but a kind of arse kicking dontcha think?

For me own part, I preferred the secluded places for nookie alfresco and much more friendly activities...

    Re: New Game, Label Recognition.

I lived on both Oahu ( Hawaiian Islands ) & Okinawa ( Ryukyu Islands of Japan ) as a teen. Each had its own special beauty & attractions.
On Oahu, I went to the beach a lot.
On Okinawa, I attended habu/ mongoose fights which have since become banned. The habu is a large poisonous snake with a profuse population on the island. The mongoose invariably won, hands down, the majority of matches. I actually saw one pitted against two snakes simultaneously and still kill them both.
That could also be interpreted as an " arse kickin'. "
    Island life ! I loved it !

    TIGER, tiger, burning bright
In the forests of the night,
    What immortal hand or eye
    Could frame thy fearful symmetry?

In what distant deeps or skies 5
Burnt the fire of thine eyes?
On what wings dare he aspire?
What the hand dare seize the fire?

And what shoulder and what art
Could twist the sinews of thy heart? 10
And when thy heart began to beat,
What dread hand and what dread feet?

What the hammer? what the chain?
In what furnace was thy brain?
What the anvil? What dread grasp 15
    Dare its deadly terrors clasp?

When the stars threw down their spears,
And water'd heaven with their tears,
Did He smile His work to see?
Did He who made the lamb make thee? 20

    Tiger, tiger, burning bright
In the forests of the night,
    What immortal hand or eye
    Dare frame thy fearful symmetry?

Fran.. age 8.. an age at which she was finally allowed to play her dad and mum's albums.. with the exception of dad's Beatles, Stones, Dusty, Bowie and Dylan and mum's Hollies. Sneaked the White Album in2 big sister's room 2 play on her ancient Dansette... took it out of sleeve...

... and it promptly slipped out of the lickle cow's fingies and shattered as it hit the floorboards edge on... hid in shed for 4 hours in floods...
