    Married men safer?

There is another thread going where someone commented "I like married men, safer." The discussion was regarding STD's (so not really commenting on the "guys who have as much to lose as you" discussion).

I'm curious as to how many of you believe this to be true. For my part, when I started exploring, I thought the same thing. But as time went on and the issue of hosting and availability reduced the number of guys I could meet, I became more inclined to meet with single gay/bi guys. In fact, probably half the guys I have had sex with were single guys.

Now, you may say that was my choice, but what about the guy who contacts me, learns I'm married and assumes I'm "safer" because I'm married? Am I any "safer" than a single guy?

    What are your thoughts?

another point to consider is married guys are usually looking just to get off. maybe their wives won't give them oral or even anything but the marriage might be ok otherwise or no reason to end it. but whatever there looking for something different on the side. so for them it's just a break & they move on. at least that's what i've heard of alot of guys. single guys have more freedom & more chances to fall in love.

I don't think it matters if they are married or not. What matters is how many sex partners they have had and if they are practicing safe sex or not.

Its funny, I've met a lot of guys who were married and they just wanted to "get off" as their wives didn't like sex or just lost interest in sex all together...Sorry thats not the type of guy for me...

Married men aren't safer....I met a woman who was in the process of divorce....She was divorcing her husband because he was cheating on her ( without her knowing ) , came home and then gave his wife Venereal Disease. Needless to say I didn't date this woman after I found this out...

not for me either, maybe if it's an open marriage & his wife is ok with it. (even better if she wants to join in, or even just watch i'm looking for a little more than just getting off with a guy. not much more & not as much as with a girl but it would still be important to me.

    Good topic for a thread...

Of course every individual is different, but generally, a married male who has invested in another person (wife) and built a life for a family is more responsible. He certainly has more to lose than a single guy.

Married myself and I sell myself as safer. I'm accountable to my wife and that is why I also seek a couple to play with. Single guys IMO have to much freedom to meet others if they're not in a committed relationship.
I find most couples who I approach or approach me don't believe my wife is aware of my activities and think I'm cheating.

    Re: Married men safer?

I can't speak from experience, but I don't think married men are inherently "safer" than single men when it comes to STDs. I think it simply depends on the person.

I do, however, think married men may be safer in terms of keeping quiet about their encounters...

I think that getting with only married men does not offer any higher degree that they are "safer" than are single guys--my god--many married men are fucking and being fucked by anything that moves and they think it is hot--whether male or female.

No---with married guys---you have to be just as careful as you do with single ones....

This is so true for me. I have a lot to lose with an bad casual encounter so I'm a lot more selective and careful with my sexual partners when I was single.

    Re: Married men safer?

I believe that every really's man needs to be accountable, for their own actions and take some responsibly, as to their practice of safe sex. Married or not Married really, does not make too much difference, as mentioned above, I also enjoy sucking married guys and often, I do truly believe, that they are safer, even if they have a family and wife and/or money to lose.

I am now widowed, and a practicing cocksucker and I enjoy swallowing each and every load of warm cum myself, and I try, to do my research about the people I suck-off, with questions and hopefully that person is being honest with me. So far I have been lucky and I do not have any STDs, and I would like to stay that way.

Life is but a short Journey, one must enjoy it all, while they are able to! The memories can be great !
