I've been in public bathrooms, and locker rooms and places where gay and bi men have sex, and so has my partner but we have never had sex with any men in those places.
However, it was very obvious that those public places were venues for gay and bi men to have sex at.

However, a friend of mine that's gay and a decade older than me did this in college, and sucked off a lot of guys in public bathrooms in the 70s and early 80s, and at highway rest stops/truck stops as well. Both my husband and I knew about that stuff as young adults but had no desire to have sex this way so never did it; but we have met a lot of bi and gay men who have and it's what they like.

…yes…I’ve stopped in many public restroom and found glory holes…I remenber once in my 20s going to the restroom in a large grocery store in Ft. The people who I and most people who are sane think should be in jail or prison since they're sick and fucked up are into illegal things like sex with animals, into sexually abusing people, or who are adults who have sex with people who are not adults which is sick.
But I'm sure you'll argue that all of this stuff is OK to you, or not really that bad.
