I cannot imagine it is a good idea to stretch those muscles. They are tight for a purpose. In practicality, I don't think it is "stretching" in the exercise sense so much a a series of small tears that keep the sphincter from closing like it should.

Men can do exercises to keep their ass tight. in my experience: I have and still do enjoy a toy now and then.. I don’t use huge toys.. I enjoy 8-9” and just a little on the thick side.. Most toys in my opinion are too big to be practical, it should be like a dick you’d likely encounter.
